We manufacture a range of smooth bore and convoluted PTFE assemblies for a variety of applications. PTFE is an exceptionally versatile hose material being inert to practically all commercial chemicals, acids, alcohols, coolants, synthetic lubricants and hydraulic fluids. All assemblies are produced on site.

Both the smooth bore and the convoluted hose can be assembled with an extensive selection of stainless steel or mild steel fittings and couplings including flanges, screwed threads and standpipe ends for compression fittings.

P.T.F.E. HOSE 
T62BB smooth bore P.T.F.E. standard wall hose is
constructed from quality resin with an outer cover of
304 stainless steel high tensile wire braiding.
Bore sizes range from 6mm to 25mm.
Temperature range +260 deg C to -70 deg C.
Pressure range from 255 bar to 55 bar.
Rated for saturated steam to 250 psi.


AH convoluted P.T.F.E. is constructed with an inner tube
of helically convoluted P.T.F.E. with an outer cover of 304
stainless steel high tensile wire braid.  AH gives
excellent flexibilty and kink resistance and is also
available in an anti static version.
Bore sizes range from 6mm to 50mm.
Temperature range +250 deg C to -60 deg C.
Pressure range from 110 bar to 20 bar.


T68 is a vacuum and suction version of AH and is fitted
with a supporting internal 316 stainless steel wire.  T68
should be specified where full vacuum hose
applications are required.
Bore sizes range from 10mm to 100mm.
Temperature range +250 deg C to -60 deg C.
Pressure range from 40 bar to 10 bar.
Vacuum rating 29 inches mercury.
