We specialise in the clean production of custom built assemblies incorporating an extensive selection of stainless steel fittings and couplings including RJT, IDF, SMS, ILC formats in imperial and DIN sizes.
Silicone high temperature hose with fabric reinforcement for product delivery application or a stainless steel helix for suction applications is available. Fully swaged assemblies with stainless steel fittings are produced on site in our wide jaw lubrication free presses. Bore sizes range 3 mm to 150 mm maximum. Temperature range -80 deg c to +200 deg c Pressure up to 16 bar or vacuum to 8000 mm WG
FDA approved rubber hose assemblies all hygienically swaged with precision engineered hygienic end fittings. Fittings match standard thread or flange formats or specifically manufactured for customer applications. All hose assemblies comply with ISO 9002 and EN 29002. Bore size range from 6mm to 250 mm Temperature range -200 deg c to + 700 deg c Pressure up to 275 bar or full vacuum. Corrugated or smooth bore PTFE assemblies with a stainless steel, polyester or special PVDF braiding have a wide range of potential applications including anti-static and extreme chemical resistance. Bore size ranges from 13 mm to 200 mm. Temperature range from -70 deg c to +230 deg c Pressure up to 70 bar.
The pressure range of all assemblies is dependent upon bore size: safety factors are generally a minimum of 4:1
