We have the on site capability of manufacturing and testing custom built hose from
any hose material. Hygienic hose assemblies and rubber hose assemblies up to 50
mm nominal bore can be fitted with fully swaged fittings in stainless steel or
other materials on our wide jaw lubrication free Uniflex press. The wide
jaw press is designed to enable flanged fittings and elbow fittings in
addition to screwed male or female ends, weld ends and other
specialist fittings.
We specialise in the clean production of custom
built assemblies incorporating an extensive
selection of stainless steel fittings and
couplings including RJT, IDF, SMS
and ILC formats in imperial
and DIN sizes.
Larger bore assemblies can be fitted
with RS or other utility clamps.
Lightweight hose and ducting
can be assembled with specialist fittings
for a wide range of applications.
Specialist equipment enables corrugated PTFE
and other 'spiral' hose materials to be fully swaged
and tafting equipment provides the facility to produce
assemblies with PTFE over all of the wetted area.
Our hydraulic test equipment is capable of testing assemblies
up to 160 bar and we have the facility for electrical continuity testing.
Test certificates and certificates of conformity fully meeting the needs of
today's food, dairy and pharmaceutical industries are issued for all assemblies.
